I know this post is WAY late... but it's my blog so I can post when I want, right! 
We had a nice fun Pioneer Day at home this year. Pizza and fireworks!
It was Zoey's first real exposure to fireworks. (We watched South Ogden Days fireworks from our deck, and we were horrible and didn't go see any on the 4th this year. We watched a bunch of random ones from our front porch instead, and she really liked them!)

She LOVED the pops that she could throw on the ground. Or step on if she didn't throw them hard enough.
But when it came to the ones you light, she kinda had a freak out session! I think because they were so close and so much louder, she hated them. So I took her inside and let her watch them through the window and she loved them! Eventually I did get her out on the porch to watch them, but she REFUSED to sit in the driveway. Funny girl!

She has gotten so big. She looks like a little girl not a baby. What a cutie. I will have to keep my boys away from her.
