That is how long it's been since our beautiful baby girl came into our lives. I can't tell you how much she means to us. She went to the doctor for her well child check up and more shots today. She weighs 17 lbs. 15 oz. and is 26.5 inches long. Still in the 90th percentile!

Some random stuff about Zoey
(for journaling purposes but you're welcome to read on!):
She cut her first tooth two days ago.
(Although you can't really see it in this picture.)

She was sleeping through the night,
but the flu and her tooth messed that up.
She's almost there again.
She is VERY ticklish. And we LOVE to tickle her!
She sits up without support.

She pushes onto her hands and knees
(sometimes onto her hands and toes) but doesn't crawl yet.

She likes to pull at hair, glasses, hats, earrings, etc.
Pretty much anything she can reach.
She likes to play in her exer-saucer.
It sure comes in handy when I need to get something done!

She LOVES children. She wants so badly to be able to run and play with them.
She babbles ALOT! Putting together consonant and vowel sounds (ba, ga, da, etc.)
Just recently she has become quite the mammas girl!
She always wants to be with me.
I love it, but it's hard when I have to leave for work.

She doesn't like baby food yet. She's tried cereal, carrots, sweet potatoes, and green beans. Sweet potatoes have been her fave so far.
She now protests when you take away something she wants
Her 3-6 months clothes fit, but not for much longer. She fits better into 6-9 months.
And it never fails, she always gives her mommy the poopy diapers! Just before I leave for work or before Nick gets home she will poop. I always ask her why she can't wait 10 more minutes so that daddy or the babysitter will have to change them. She just smiles! She is already so stubborn and opinionated. People say that girls are much harder to raise than boys, and I believe it. I'm already seeing her feistiness and little temper (that she gets from Nick), and her adorable personality. She teases already. She will look away from you when you call her name and then smile. We love her and are so blessed to have her in our family. She's perfect!
